IMPACT energy provides rating services to qualify new homes for the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR® qualified new homes provide their owners a comfortable environment that uses less energy. They are built to meet strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

To earn the ENERGY STAR label, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
To ensure that a home meets ENERGY STAR guidelines, IMPACT energy, a certified Home Energy Rater, will complete a third–party verification of the home. IMPACT energy works closely with the builder throughout the construction process to help determine the needed energy–saving equipment, construction techniques, and conduct required on–site diagnostic testing and inspections to document that the home’s eligibility for the ENERGY STAR label.
