Melissa Kline


IMPACT energy founder Melissa Kline’s vision is to create and transform buildings and communities to be integrated into the natural environment. Melissa founded IMPACTenergy in 2010 to use her professional expertise to create sustainable buildings that are more comfortable and better to live in, while helping facility managers and building professionals reduce energy costs.

Her primary goal is to use our natural resources consciously. She is a dedicated energy professional with deep experience in building energy analysis. In her role, she performs and consults on energy audits, commissioning, lighting design and quality assurance.

Prior to founding IMPACTenergy, she worked for several prestigious architecture firms in New York, Seattle as well as Davis Partnership, where she helped design Solaris, a high-end, multi-use building in the heart of Vail Village.

Melissa holds a degree in architecture from the Pratt Institute in New York as well as the following certifications:
